One to One Postnatal De-brief

Service Description

Birth can sometimes be a traumatic and frightening experience. Come and talk through your birth with me. We do not need your medical records, you can write things down or we can discuss what happened. We can focus on anything in particular that is triggering you or causing you distress and I can reassure you and help you gain closure. We can go step-by-step through your birth if this helps also. You can access this service at any point postnatally (most people will do this as they become pregnant again, however it is preferrable to do 1-2 months postnatally so you don’t carry this trauma for any longer). After our class you will receive documentation of our conversation which will help you re-cap and remember. I am a qualified midwife with over 10 years experience, my door is open if you feel you would benefit from this service. *Please note the slight price increase from other options is due to the time spent after our meeting. Post meeting you will receive a full write up of our discussion with tips and support for the future*
